As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a notification via your registered email and/or an SMS. This notification should arrive within 2 business days after your payment is processed.
To ensure you receive the notification, please:
- Check your inbox and spam box to make sure it is not full and can receive new incoming emails.

Provide a phone number from the destination country. For example, if you live in the UK but are sending a parcel to the Netherlands, enter a Netherlands phone number that the carrier can reach.
Please note that if you fail to react to the notification sent by the carrier, your parcel may be returned. If so, you will be charged for the return and re-shipping costs.
