If your parcel is returned to us because it wasn’t cleared from customs or the customs fee was not paid:
- We will charge you the return and reshipping fees.
- Due to the unique nature of our items, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
When we receive your item back from the carrier:
- We will email you at your registered email address.
- If you do not reply within 30 days, we will start charging a 10 EUR storage fee per day starting on day 31.
- If the total storage fees become higher than the value of the item, the item will become the property of MatchWornShirt (MWS), and we may relist it.
You can find your tracking number in your My Orders once your order has shipped. The carrier will also email it to you. Please follow the tracking updates and clear the parcel from customs if needed.
To avoid extra costs, please clear your parcel with customs as soon as possible. If you do not see the tracking in My Orders or receive an email from the carrier after 2 business days, contact us at support@mws.com.
