If you are a US-based business with a valid resale certificate, you can apply for sales tax exemption on your purchases.
To request a tax exemption, please send your resale certificate as a PDF file to support@mws.com. In your email, please include:
- Your registered business name
- Your business address
- The state where your resale certificate is issued
- The tax number
Once we receive your certificate, we will review it and verify the information with the issuing state. If everything is valid, we will apply the tax exemption to your account, and you will receive a confirmation from us.
Please be aware:
- We can only apply for a tax exemption after we have approved your certificate
- Orders you place before approval may still include sales tax
- Your certificate must be complete and valid for us to accept it
- Some certificates expire, and we may ask you to send us an updated version in the future
