With the new system, if you’ve provided a VAT number in your shipping address, we’ll automatically verify it with the European Union’s VAT database at the time of purchase. If your VAT number is valid, VAT will not be charged to your order.
You can enter the VAT number and company name on your shipping address.
To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend the following:
- Double-check your VAT number: Make sure it is entered correctly and that your company name is included. We cannot edit the VAT number once an invoice is generated.
- Update your profile: If needed, log in to your account and review your VAT number on your shipping address details.
- Please note that we cannot refund the VAT paid if the VAT number is not included during checkout
Important exception: Domestic sales
In some cases, a partner club is the direct seller. If the club is based in the same country as your shipping address, the sale is considered domestic.
Please note that the VAT exemption does not apply to domestic sales, and local VAT will be charged.
For example, if an Italian club sells a shirt and your company's shipping address is also in Italy, Italian VAT will apply.
