If you live outside of Turkey and ordered an item from a Turkish club, your order will be shipped within 5 business days.
After your product has been shipped, you will receive an email from one of our trusted shipping providers with a tracking number to track your parcel. If you have not received your product after 7 days, please contact our customer support team.
If you have won a shirt and would like to have it framed, we require around 5 - 7 business days to handcraft your frame.
