How to place a bid?

1. Find the item you want to bid on and go to its auction page

2. Place your bid (see image below)

   1. Choose the next bid increment* – just select one of the suggested amounts.

   2. Enter your own bid – type in the exact amount you’d like to offer.

   3. Set a Max Bid – decide the maximum you’re willing to pay, and our system will automatically bid on your behalf up to that amount.

      

3. Confirm your bid to submit it. Once confirmed, your bid is active.

4. Monitor your status — you can see if you are currently the highest bidder on the item page.

5. Outbid? If another user places a higher bid, you’ll be notified. You can increase your bid if you want to remain in the auction.

*Bid increments: Auctions use fixed increments to ensure fair competition. Your bid must be at least the current highest bid plus the set increment (e.g., €5, €100 depending on the item).
